Who and what this represents

I’m Brendan Irvine-Broque, a product leader working on the Workers Platform at Cloudflare. irvinebroque.com is my personal website and a public record of things I have chosen to save or publish: books, movies, music, podcasts, videos, places, concerts, sporting events, photos, articles, code activity, and writing. The collections are evidence of my own taste and history. They are not a general review database, an exhaustive list of everything I know, or a commercial recommendation service.

Why the site is structured for agents

Human pages and machine interfaces are views of the same canonical records. Public data is available as crawlable HTML and Markdown, JSON REST endpoints described by OpenAPI, TypeScript-friendly Cap’n Web calls, feeds, calendars, and a read-only MCP server. Stable, opaque item identifiers survive changes to titles and URLs, while canonical web pages give agents a source they can cite. Public reads are anonymous and do not require an account or API key.

Private owner intake

The site also has a private, authenticated owner dashboard that helps me review possible additions before anything becomes a public canonical record. Its optional Google connections use read-only access to my YouTube liked-videos playlist and to an exact allowlist of my Google Calendars. The intake Workers stage eligible public videos, concerts, and sporting events for my review; they cannot edit either Google service or publish an item without a separate owner decision. These connections are for the site owner only, not a public account or recommendation feature. The privacy policy explains the Google data, storage, sharing, retention, revocation, and deletion practices in detail.

A saved item does not necessarily mean an endorsement, ownership claim, business relationship, or promise that the item remains available. Imported descriptions and media may originate with the linked publisher or provider, while the surrounding collection and structured record are maintained by this site. Recommendations should preserve the supplied canonical links so another person or agent can inspect the source record and its outbound references.
